Now you can customize your background in Gmail!
Just do the following:
1. Sign in your Gmail Account
2. Click on the Settings Button i.e Gear Icon on right side
3. Now navigate to Themes
4. Under the Custom Theme click on Change your backgroud settings
5. Now a dialog box opens choose your desire option and njoy your own background!!
