For Chrome User:
By Installing a extension named AdsFight..
Install it from HERE 

For Mozilla Firefox User:
First you want to install Greasemonkey!Install it from HERE

If you hate to install extension then you can go with Online tool named DeAdf.ly
DeAdfly.ly is the site which bypasses the Adf.ly,Adfoc,Linkbuckes sites. Check DeAdf.ly HERE
