First You Need Create New Setting In Your Mobile Phone

Proxy Address – 141.000.011.253
Port – 80
 Now You Open Opera mini and Use Following Given Below Settings
Proxy Type – Http
Proxy – mocricket.com Or fb.me
                                      OR
 You should have any Hander like Opera, Mozilla etc. You can download it free on net.
