Windows Blue will be a free upgrade to Win8, the upgrade is intended to bring major improvements and changes to Windows 8 user interface, which include more personalization options that allow users to customize the most criticized “Start Screen”.
Also it is believed that the first build of Internet Explorer 11 will arrive in this upgrade.

WindowsBlue will be released in this August and the public beta will be released in June month.

Windows 9 is the project that Microsoft is working on.

This OS is the successor of windows 8 and standalone Windows OS which will be released in November 2014.
The first beta of win 9 is already in development and will be released on January 7,2014.
Regarding features of Windows 9, there is no official information.

Metro UI in Windows 8 is so cool and this app helps us to create a set of tiles with our picture.
App Name: Custom Tiles Maker

Here is how to get it:
1.Open Store in Windows 8
2.now type Custom Tiles Maker

You will get in search on right side
3.Open it and click on install

4.After installation open it.
it starts like

5.Now its the home page which contains three options

Simple Tiles
Random Tiles
Changing Tiles

6.Am using Random Tiles so click on it

7.Now select the photos by tapping Select Photos

8.Now select about the style of tiles. There will be lots of tiles which includes both free and paid tiles.
Free tiles will be without locks.

9.After this, you will get the picture in right side.

When I tap on it it will show message as

because I have selected 3 rows x 2 columns i want to add another picture.
10.After adding now tap on a tile and click Pin to Start

11.Now go to Start menu & check it out.
